The Raytraxian Bestiary is a collection and progress reference. Community documentation reports entries with descriptions and counters such as kills, conversions or infections, and times became. Roblox’s official badge service confirms that finishing the Bestiary awards “Compendium Completum.”
Read an entry before grinding
Open the current Bestiary and record the missing form name, visible progress fields, lock state, and any hint. Do not use an old total as your denominator. The roster and exceptions can change, and the official badge description does not state a current entry count.
Use the Raytraxian List to identify whether the form is normally available, event-gated, or exclusive. A missing entry cannot be efficiently tested if its event is inactive.
Community-reported unlock pattern
Community sources report a common pattern: convert five Humans in a row as the specific Raytraxian, or kill that Raytraxian five times without dying. Treat this as a working hypothesis, not a universal rule. Exceptions, removed forms, event forms, or changed requirements may exist.
Track counters correctly
“Times became” is different from conversion progress. A player can acquire a form without completing a conversion sequence. Kills as a Human are different from kills or attacks as another Raytraxian. Record exactly which visible field changes.
After one action, reopen or refresh the current Bestiary and compare. Do not infer that progress saved from an animation alone. Rejoin a fresh server to confirm account persistence when needed.
Nightcrawler exception work
Community documentation reports special Nightcrawler entry behavior, including becoming the goggled variant or completing a larger conversion requirement as a minion. Exact counts and version behavior are sensitive, so use the Nightcrawler guide and current Bestiary hint.
Distinguish goggle transformation from mutation/minion. Record which action bar appears. Do not combine progress from the two paths unless the Bestiary visibly does so.
Efficient completion route
Common forms first
Complete stable default-facility entries while learning map and Human responses.
Group by event
When Power Outage or Blackout begins, focus only on entries tied to that state.
Separate skins
A costume is not automatically a new entry. Use the current Bestiary name, not appearance alone.
Log exceptions
When the common pattern fails, record the exact form, sequence, death, server, and visible hint.
Official completion badge
The official Roblox badge “Compendium Completum” states that it is earned by finishing the Raytraxian Bestiary. Use the badge-award event as completion confirmation. It does not validate every community unlock formula or prove a fixed total.
If your visible Bestiary appears complete but the badge does not award, rejoin a fresh server, reopen the panel, and check for event or hidden entries. Report the discrepancy with screenshots of current fields rather than guessing a missing form.
Evidence boundary
The completion badge is first-party evidence. Bestiary fields and the common unlock pattern are community corroborated from the Kaiju Paradise Wiki, checked August 13, 2026. Exact entry count, every exception, and Nightcrawler-specific totals remain current-client verification fields.
Progress discrepancy checklist
If a counter does not move, confirm that the target is the base form rather than a costume, the player did not die or switch roles, and the sequence stayed in one server. Check whether a conversion, infection, kill, or “times became” field was the one expected to change. Event forms may be unavailable even when their locked entry remains visible. Capture the panel before and after one controlled action, then rejoin. If the value updates only after rejoin, document that delay instead of repeating the grind. If it never changes, label the reported condition stale or exceptional and preserve the current hint for later testing.
