Transmogrifying items can transform a Human into a Raytraxian or alter an existing Raytraxian. The community source for this system is marked work in progress, so treat every named route as a current test lead. Do not guess exact use counts, timers, or complete coverage.
Known working leads
Other community-documented leads include Lemon Slice, Blue Soap, Shades, Strange Flower or Fruit, Taser, Toxic Barrel, and Witchbrew-related objects. Their exact outcomes are not filled in where current evidence is incomplete.
Human safety procedure
Identify the room and event before pickup. Read the current prompt and item name. If the model is wearable, consumable, crystal-like, chemical, fruit, flower, soap, slice, barrel, or unusual event prop, assume transformation risk until verified.
Move away from combat and use one interaction only. Record whether the item is equipped, consumed, loses durability, starts a timer, or changes the player immediately. Capture the final current UI name and action bar.
Do not test several items in sequence. A delayed result can otherwise be assigned to the wrong object.
Raytraxian modification procedure
Some items may change an existing Raytraxian rather than a Human. Confirm the starting form and costume before use. After the interaction, compare name, appearance, ability bar, Bestiary, and team state.
A recolor or costume does not automatically mean a new form. Use Raytraxian Skins when the current interface treats the result as cosmetic.
Event and room dependency
Power Outage, Blackout, and seasonal releases can enable, replace, or remove transformation items. Confirm the event through multiple facility cues. An old event gallery proves historical existence, not current obtainability.
Crystal Chasm and Flooded Area contain environmental transformation risks that may not be inventory items. Use How to Become a Raytraxian for the full distinction.
Hazmat Suit limits
Community documentation says the Hazmat Suit protects against most hazards and transmogrifying items, while infection in the suit can produce Hazzy. “Most” is not “all.” Test one hazard type at a time and keep player conversion separate.
Environmental test
Suit on, one identified hazard, no other Raytraxian contact.
Item test
Suit on, one named item, record whether use is blocked or changes.
Player test
Use consent in a private server and record attacker form and result.
Reset
Rejoin and repeat before claiming immunity or guaranteed Hazzy.
Verification record
Record item, model, source room, event, starting role, starting form, action, use count visible, delay, final form, action bar, Bestiary effect, server date, and confidence. Unknown fields stay blank.
All routes here are community reported or corroborated from a work-in-progress Kaiju Paradise source checked August 13, 2026. No exact count, chance, duration, complete item total, or immunity list is asserted without current reproduction.
When the reported result fails
Check starting role, base Raytraxian, costume, event, server age, item variant, interaction type, protective equipment, and whether another player touched you during the test. Rejoin before repeating and change only one variable. Some objects can be ingredients or cosmetics in one interface while serving as direct transformation leads elsewhere, so inspect the current category. If the item is consumed with no visible change, compare Bestiary, inventory, and action bar before concluding nothing happened. Record a failed route as a dated observation, not as proof that every variant was removed.
If the result is only a recolor, compare the current form name and Bestiary before creating a new transformation entry. If the item appears during one event, preserve that state in the record. A route confirmed in a private server should still be tested for public availability when players need a normal acquisition path. Never ask another player to risk a rare item without explaining the test and reset plan.
